WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PEELING LOTION AND THE MICRO-PEELING MASK?
The main distinction between a mask and a lotion lies in the way they are applied and the time they take to work. A mask is generally a formula that is applied to the face, left to work for a while and then rinsed off. A lotion or solution, on the other hand, is a liquid product that is applied with a cotton pad and does not need to be rinsed off immediately.
Perfecting Solution N°3, or Peeling Lotion, is a pre-treatment solution composed of highly concentrated (25%) alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) and poly-hydroxy acids (PHAs) for visible resurfacing and clarifying action. It is used in the evening, once or twice a week.
The Micro-Peeling Mask contains 8% AHA. Its formula is gentler and its gel-cream texture is enriched with soothing active ingredients. It also has a visible exfoliating and brightening action. It is best used in the evening, once or twice a week. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing.
Warning: depending on the sensitivity of your skin, it may cause a tingling sensation, which disappears within 30 minutes.
