My product pump seems locked

Your product pump may be secured before first use. To activate it:

1. Fully unscrew the pump from the bottle neck, then screw it back on firmly.
2. Gently twist the pump head counterclockwise to unlock the mechanism.

The dispenser should then operate smoothly.
