MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry to hear that your product has arrived damaged. All you have to do is take a photo of the item and contact us by chat or email (info@mycodage.com), giving us your order number and telling us whether you would like an exchange, a gift voucher or a refund. In the event of a return or exchange, you will need to make a claim within 15 days of receipt. Once we have received the item, we will send you a new one within 30 days.
Any product purchased from one of our partners or distributors must be returned to that distributor or partner.
