I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Simply contact us by chat or email (info@mycodage.com) with your order number, the product(s) to be returned, the reason for the return and a request for an exchange, a gift voucher or a refund. We will send you a return voucher provided that the product(s) has/have not been opened. The return is at our expense and we will send you the requested item as soon as we receive the other one.
