My cleansing balm's texture has changed. Is this normal?
The texture of our Cleansing Balm can naturally change.
It may sometimes have a thin layer of oil on the surface or become more liquid, particularly when exposed to heat or during transport.
This is completely normal: it is a sign of the richness of our formula in natural plant oils, without any texturising additives or superfluous agents. This does not alter the quality, efficacy or safety of the product.
Here are the steps to follow to achieve a perfectly smooth, homogenous texture:
- Make sure the jar is tightly closed.
- Place it in an empty, stable container.
- Pour boiling water into the container, up to the screw thread.
- Leave for a few minutes until the formula has completely liquefied.
- Then remove the jar (taking care not to burn yourself) and place it in the freezer overnight.
In the morning, your balm will be back to its original smooth, solid texture.
This simple step allows you to fully enjoy the unique sensorial experience of our balm, while respecting the pure nature of its formulation.
