I received the wrong product. What should I do?

We sincerely apologise for this error in your order. In order to resolve this as quickly as possible, please contact us via chat, email (info@mycodage.com) or WhatsApp, sending us a photo of the product you received and the name of the product you did not receive. Once we have received this information, we will send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive the incorrect product (unopened), we will either send you the correct product or issue a refund.
