  • How to track my order?
    Once your order has been validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. All you have to do is click on "Track my order" in the body of the e-mail to access the tracking of your parcel.     We work with trusted international carriers, which allows us to deliver your orders to almost every country in the world.   • Can I return a product?
    Any product purchased from our online store or one of our CODAGE stores can be returned. Any product purchased from one of our partners must be returned to that distributor or partner. In the first case, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.   • I'VE BOUGHT THE WRONG PRODUCT. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
    Of course, it's possible to exchange a product. All you need to do is contact us by chat or email (info@mycodage.com), giving us your order number, the product(s) to be returned, the reason(s) of the return and a request for an exchange, a gift voucher or a refund.
