  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mycodage.com or directly by chat. If the order has already been dispatched, it will unfortunately no longer be possible for us to cancel it. However, you can return your products to us by following the Deliveries & Returns procedure.Some readers
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Once your order has been validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. All you have to do is click on "Track my order" in the body of the e-mail to access the tracking of your parcel. You can also check your tracking directly in your account by clicking on the following link: My account. Log in, click on "My orders" and then on the tracking number.Some readers
  • I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
