# What is the difference between Perfecting Solution N°03 and the Micro-peeling Mask?

The main difference between a mask and a lotion lies in how they are applied and how long they take to work. A mask is generally a formula that is applied to the face, left on for a certain amount of time, and then rinsed off. In contrast, a lotion is a liquid product that is applied with a cotton pad and does not require immediate rinsing.

It is used in the evening, once or twice a week.

It also has a visible exfoliating and brightening action. It is best used in the evening once or twice a week. Leave-on time before rinsing is 15 to 20 minutes maximum (or 5 to 10 minutes in case of discomfort).
