I'VE BOUGHT THE WRONG PRODUCT. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Of course, it's possible to exchange a product. All you need to do is contact us by chat or email (info@mycodage.com), giving us your order number, the product(s) to be returned, the reason(s) of the return and a request for an exchange, a gift voucher or a refund. We will send you a return voucher if the product(s) has/have not been opened and damaged.
If you choose to return the item with an exchange, you must make your request within 15 days of receipt, bearing in mind that the return will be at our expense only if you request an exchange. Once we have received the item, we will send you the new product and you will be asked to pay for the item, with the other item being refunded to you within 30 days.
