# Is it possible to postpone my order shipment?

Depending on the progress of your order, it may be possible to postpone the shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible by [Whatsapp](https://wa.me/33765808706), Chat or Email (info@mycodage.com).
However, if the order has already been dispatched by our Laboratory, we will no longer be able to postpone it.
