Can I return a product?

Any product purchased from our online store or one of our CODAGE stores can be returned. Any product purchased from one of our partners must be returned to that distributor or partner.


In the first case, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened and/or used products;
  • Personalised myCODAGE products;
  • Gift cards.


Please note that:

  • If the order included a conditional gift, this must also be returned if the conditions of the offer are no longer met after the products have been returned.
  • If your return concerns the entire order, any free products (samples or promotional gifts) must also be returned for the refund to be validated.



Return procedure

In order to ensure efficient and traceable processing, please follow the procedure below:

Submit a return request via our online chat or to our customer service department at info@mycodage.com, indicating:


  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) concerned;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Your preference: refund, exchange, or credit note.


Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.


Please send us the tracking link for your parcel as soon as it has been shipped.


After receiving and inspecting the products, we will approve or deny the refund based on compliance with the stated conditions.
